The Gigabyte Z890 AORUS ELITE WIFI 7 is not a flagship model but does still sport their ULTRA DURABLE PCIE ARMOR system to keep everything from your VRMs to your M.2 cards cool.  The power system is 16+1+2 with the 80Amp Smart Power Stage required to run the new Core Ultra processors from Intel; that is if you want to run one of them.  There are four M.2 NVMe slots, one of which is PCIe 5.0, and three PCIe x16 sized slots, the top is truly x16 and PCIe 5.0, the other two are x4 and PCIe 4.0.

The backplate has RJ45, DisplayPort, a single Thunderbolt 4 connector, two USB 3.2 Gen2 ports, three USB 3.2 Gen1 ports, and four 2.0 ports.  As the name implies there is a WiFi antenna connector, and for audio a sinlge S/PDIF connector, with two standard audio jacks; the RealTek ALC1220 CODEC will give you 7.1 surround with the proper speaker setup.
