Works like a charm,
I have a mid-2008 24″ iMac and ordered this memory to upgrade from 2 GB to 4 GB. It was a slick install and I was back up and running in no time.

Works great,
Decided to order through amazon because it was $10 cheaper than through the manufacturer. I contacted the manufacturer who verified it was the same product as Part #: CT817125. I installed it in my Imac, and it was extremely easy to install. Booted right up and faster than before.

Keep in mind, 32bit OS will only recognized 3.5GB.,
I bought this in November of last year. It got to the point where I’ll be using 60{b81fbfd19e1fca5890798868c0714c408bbd5ec471654b6f9630c0fffa6e7eb3} of my 2Gigs I was previously using and notice the laptop was stating to slow down. I’m using a Dell Inspiron 1525 with Vista 32Bit that I bought in March 2008. The extra 2Gigs made a huge differences and speeding up my computer right away. Replacement is easy, unscrew the under-panel (have the laptop shut off), push down a little and the old RAM chips lifts up, pull out, push in the new chips and press back in and place the cover back in. Been almost a year and I never had a problem.
Be aware the 32Bit Operation System such as Windows Vista and Windows 7 32Bit would only use max of 3.5GB of RAM and buying something more than 4Gigs for these system won’t improve your performance until upgrading the the 64Bit version.
Also when I purchased this back in November 2010, it was around $80 and see is now (as of Oct 5, 2011) it’s down to $50.
