Cheap. Works. Feels Flimsy.,
This was the least expensive keyboard (shipped) that I could get, and it showed up when I needed to have it, so, for that, I am grateful. I needed to fix a pc that couldn’t get to its wireless keyboard drivers.
It worked when I plugged it in, and, for that, I am grateful,.
But this is a cheesy, flimsy keyboard with not much to commend it. The USB cable is thin and not well-made. The keyboard itself is very light and fragile-feeling. I can hook it up to my computer and, in all my daintiness, probably have it last for quite awhile, but there is no way I would hook it up to my husband or son’s computers.
Bottom line: if you need a USB keyboard in a hurry and it doesn’t have to last, you can’t beat this one.

Cheap quality for cheap price,
This keyboard is thin, loud, and cheap. Good thing I just got it for my brother so he could use it for the games he plays on the TV screen.

Very Cheap,
This is a serviceable USB keyboard that’s OK for emergencies or as a backup, but theres no way I would want to be forced into using this every day. I recently spilled coffee all over my previous keyboard, rendering it mostly inoperable. I needed something quick, so I got on Amazon and ordered this. At under $10 including shipping, the price was right.
This review is the first thing I’ve typed on it of any length, and it has not been an enjoyable experience. The keyboard is very light, and feels cheap and flimsy. I like having keyboards tilted up towards me, but the struts on this thing are tiny and barely do any tilting at all. Also, since they’re so small, it makes the keyboard feel as if it’s precariously perched on the desk. I didn’t know it was possible for a keyboard to feel as if it were about to fall over, but the Gear Head 107-Key Windows Keyboard has pulled it off with aplomb. The keys are soft and spongy, as if someone had spent time trying to figure out what the worst possible feel for keyboard keys might be. I’m missing keystrokes because of it, and while that will likely go away when I get used to it (if I were to bother), what’s even more infuriating is the ever so tiny backspace key.
This is the cheapest of the cheap. You’re getting exactly what you pay for. This isn’t a great value, it’s simply the cheapest possible solution to the problem of “I need a USB computer keyboard.”
I plan on keeping this around as an emergency keyboard in the future, but as soon as I’m done writing this review I’m going to start looking for a more permanent replacement.
